Another Jackrabbit Loss

The first half of district play ended with a loss to Whitesboro for the Rabbits. Garytt Robinson gave a strong pitching performance but his defense let him down. With an ending score of 6 - 1 in favor of Whitesboro, Bowie falls to a record of 2 - 5 in district. The Rabbits had four errors that led to at least three of Whitesboro's runs. Bowie had five hits but couldn't string anything together to score more runs. Bowie will have to improve offensively and defensively to accomplish their goals in the second half.
